December 20th 2023 Hotfix Changes:
- Fixed a typo in the URL that is sent to the browser when the Green / Energy specific navigation items are clicked.

Dot Net 8
Both Versa and Axiom (Versa Online) have been upgraded to the newest version of Microsoft's Dot Net framework, version 8.
This update includes a change to how the Versa program is built, which should allow it to start up faster on most computers.
Parcel Export moved to Versa Online
Starting with this version of Versa and going forward, the Parcel Export screen in Versa Desktop will cease to exist.
Clicking on the navigation menu item for it will instead open the Parcel Export Page in Axiom / Versa Online.
The usage of the parcel export page is very similar to its desktop predecessor.

Repairs Interface / Component Library
New Component Defaults
The component library has been expanded with several new default values for components / interface items.
Starting with this version of Versa, you will see the following fields on interface items get filled out when you select a component:
- When (When Value)
- Repair Action
- Critical or Non? (Critical status)
- Critical Sub Category
- Accessibility Statue
- Owner Paid? (Utility Paid By Owner)
ARUL Comment Requirements
ARUL comments were previously being required only if the SRUL on an interface item was less than or equal to zero.
This has been changed to:
ARUL comments will always be required if there is an ARUL value assigned to an interface item.
