Open Project Screen

  • Delete project has been temporarily disabled / hidden due to a bug that causes all projects to get updated.
    • We will re-enable it when we are more comfortable that the bug has been removed.

Open Project Screen

Delete Project Now Marks Projects As Inactive

  • Delete project (for admins only) now marks a project as inactive instead of outright deleting it. This allows us to recover deleted projects.
    • If you delete a project that needs to be reactivated, please contact IT to have the project restored.
    • The deletion process may take slightly longer than before since we had to change how the project screen handles its session with the database.

Deliverable Report Center

Funding Schedule Service Now Places All Funding Schedule Items Under A Single Header Row

  • To prepare for saving the funding schedule and the other reports to the database for reuse, we had to adjust the way the funding schedule service generates the data used for the report.
  • There should not be any visible changes to the funding schedule itself and it should behave the same as before.
  • With the above in mind, if you notice anything off with the funding schedule calculations, please contact IT via Jira.

Hud Validation Flags Screen

Added Guidance On Syncinc Flags With The E-Tool

  • We added some guidance at the top of the HUD Validation Flag screen to refer for syncing flags with the E-Tool website.
    • The guidance reads:
      • "IMPORTANT: If you have the eTool open while exporting from Versa, make sure you ARE on the Assembent Entry tab and NOT the Validation tab within the eTool. Issues are likely to occur when syncing/exporting flags while the eTool is open and on the Validation tab.

Bug Fixes

Buildings Screen

  • Fixed a bug that was causing Versa to display an error when trying to delete an empty building on the Buildings Screen.

Interface Screen

  • Added a warning on save if there are any line items that have a missing / blank DB component.

Parcel Export Screen

  • Added a more descriptive error message for cases where Versa doesn't get back a project or any data for a project when opening or refreshing data on the Parcel Export Screen.

  • Updated Edge / WebView2 used by Versa

  • Updated DevExpress WPF to version 22.2.6
