Versa Updater

A separate copy of the updater has been made that supports the beta version of Versa (Purple Versa). This has no effect on regular/Green Versa.

This screen can now be used to copy the weather statistics like on the weather charts website. You should be able to paste the weather statistics into the weather sheet in Excel in the same fashion without having to change anything. Just make sure the column headers line up before you paste everything off the grid in this screen.

When you add a new building type, the replacement cost source now defaults to RS Means. You can still change it or enter something different.

This screen has been renamed to "Property and Inspection Details" for the purpose of clarity and uniformity (not all projects are E-Tool projects)
All of the labels on this screen that used the "E-Tool" name have been replaced with more generalist terminology (see screenshot below):

We added the newest HUD validation flags so that they will display properly when you sync flags. Note: We still need to add support for them to the pre-validation screen.

We added a new "common area template" called total common area, which appears at the bottom of the list when you bulk add common areas. Chris may have mentioned this one already.
We re-arranged the window for bulk add common area (drop down is now on the left and the grid is on the right) and fixed a bug where it wouldn't let you bulk add if you only had one building type selected. We also added a summary in the grid that lets you know how many building types you have selected.

Reverted the loading back to the previous way (synchronous loading) because we found it could cause a bug. We'll be looking at this again when time permits.
Made a small adjustments to the pop up text edit window used for editing things like repair notes. This may, or it may NOT help out with the white ghost window problem affecting this window. This was caused by a bug with DirectX and Windows 11 that Microsoft has yet to fix.

The error message window for this screen now uses the same window type that displays flag results. This will prevent you from getting humongous error message windows when something unexpected happens (I.E. HUD's website refuses to connect, etc).

Menu items for work in progress / non-functional sections have been hidden/removed (for the time being).

Updated Versa to the latest versions of Dot Net and DevExpress' software. This contains mostly small maintenance fixes and security patches, nothing that is going to make a huge difference to performance or the way the app behaves.

We added some "semi-automated" testing for Versa that will now weed out potential bugs with Copy Project since that feature is both highly used but also more difficult to maintain. We hope this will at least minimize the times where it may get broken (oddly enough, we found a bug and fixed it earlier this week thanks to this testing).
