Release

New Features

Parcel Export Screen

  • The following Variable Replacers / Report Creation values now get saved to the database from the Parcel Export View/Screen:
    • Report Issued Date
    • Parcel Project Name
    • Client Name
    • Site Assessor
    • Reviewer
    • Construction Drawing Architect
    • Property Condition

Participants Screen

  • On the participants screen, there is a new column that will let you specify which participant should be the cilent for Parcel.
    • If you do not have a participant checked off, you will not be able to use the parcel export (LightBox / EDR / Parcel doesn't allow us to have a blank client).
    • You cannot have more than one participant specified. If you have more than one checked off, you will get an error on save.

Deliverable Report Center

  • You can now export all of the new building reports in bulk like you can the financial reports.

Improvements

Parcel Export Screen

  • Removed this screen's dependency on PM. All data is now retrieved from Versa.

  • The project name for the parcel export is now based off the project name in Versa.

  • Consolidated the dates on this screen so that there is only one date that you need to fill out on both sides (unless you have architect drawings).

Export Screen (E-Tool)

  • Versa will no longer export utilities when export usages is turned off for the project.

Deliverable Report Center

  • Adjusted the look of the building reports to match that of the other ones (I.E. Green band with D3G logo in page header).

  • Widened the unit cost column slightly on the Repair reports

Interface Screen

  • Added a natural sort order for the Division column on the divisions calculation window / tool. The column was previously sorting in computer order, which isn't the same as normal / natural ordering.

Property Information Screen

  • The color used for building discrepancy checks on the Property Info Screen is now purple instead of red.

Utilities Screen

  • Set the minimum possible as of date for a utility to the year 1/1/1000. Anything lower is considered an invalid date by the E-Tool.

  • Versa will now validate utilites when you export (with export usages enabled) instead of on save in the utilites screen. Any improperly filled out utilities will cause the export to stop.

Other Changes

  • Updated the DevExpress libraries that Versa uses to the latest version (21.2.26)

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a weird bug on the interface screen where the selected critical sub category could sometimes be changed to Division 1 / the first sub category on the list after you add a new item.

  • Fixed an older bug that was causing new critical sub categories to not show up on the critical sub category list after you add them.

  • Due to the fact that the parcel export screen no longer looks at PM for data to export to parcel, you should no longer receive errors regarding PM when entering this screen.

  • The updated DevExpress libraries for this update should have fixed a bug that was causing a virtual desktop helper error to occurr seemingly randomly in Versa.
