New Features

Reports View / Screen

  • A new screen has been added that allows you to run custom reports in Versa. Custom reports can be made from this screen using the report designer. Please note however that it is not recommended to use the report designer unless you have been trained on how to use it. For now if you wish to have a custom report added, please submit a Jira ticket.

  • Custom reports in Versa can be used to provide data from Versa's database only. PM reports will continue to be found in SQL Server Reporting Services.

  • Finally, please note that you cannot currently run the default reports (I.E. Reserves) from the custom report view; this functionality will be added soon.

Building Type Discrepancy Warnings

  • If a building type has a disrepency in its gross square footage (I.E. It has multiple buildings and one of them has a higher GSF than one of the other ones), you will now receive warnings about this on the property information screen.

  • The warnings will consist of a pop up message and also any buildings with disrepancies will be highlighted in Red on the top grid.

Improvements

  • Adjusted the coloring for the newer D3G Dark Windows 10/11 theme that Versa has so that it is more aesthetically pleasing.

  • Added corner rounding to various widgets/controls in Versa so that it is more in line with the Windows look.

  • Made adjustments to the labels on the Parcel Export screen to clarify matters regarding construction dates and also rearranged labels per Chris' feedback.

  • The Building Repprt, Inspected Units and Unit Type Reports have been adjusted per Chris' feedback

  • You can no longer create duplicate projects in Parcel from Versa. When you create one now, Versa will save the link to the project in its database and will display it on the Parcel Export screen so you can go to the project quickly from Versa.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug that was causing the variable replacer export to destroy the variable replacers instead of leaving them intact.

Other Changes

  • The Office 2019 themes have been removed from Versa due to low usage and also due to the fact that they were adding a considerable amount to Versa's file size.

  • Updated the libraries for DevExpress, App Center and Edge that Versa uses.
