New Features
A column for gross square feet has been added to the building types screen.
- This will only display a value if the building type's associated buildings have units / common areas. Otherwise it will be zero.
The property information screen now has a read only column that displays the replacement cost for the building.
- The formula the column uses is gross square feet times the replacement cost per square foot.
The property information screen now has a read only column that dislpays the total building replacement cost, which is the sum of the replacement cost for all buildings at a site.
The help panels on all of the screens in Versa have been removed and replaced with the help button that takes you to Versa's new online documentation.
The formula for all of the parking values on the property information screen has been adjusted to use the overall total number of spaces, including accessible.
The column headers and tool tips on the property information screen for parking values have been updated per Chris' guidance.
Improvements
The recently used projects list has been widened to accomodate longer project names.
The Edge Browser embedded in Versa now has proper refresh, back, forward, go and URL display controls.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug that Bo spotted with the calculation of the new replacement cost column on the property information screen.
Fixed a bug in the build process for Versa that was causing the version number to be incorrect.
Developer users only - Fixed a bug on the report designer in Versa that was causing an error to occur if you closed the report selection window and then tried to open it again and select a report.
Other Changes
- Updated the DevExpress, Microsoft and other libraries that Versa uses for various bug fixes. Some of these included random crashes when applying column filters.
