Versa July 25th 2021 Release Notes

Improvements

  • The E-Tool export service now checks for interface items that have install date years less than 1000. Since these are not allowed by HUD, they will stop the export.

  • Improved the speed at which Versa logs into the HUD API / website. Previously Versa had to log in twice due to a problem with how HUD had the site set up.

  • Added a better error message that displays when your HUD username/password is wrong or expired.

  • Pre-made class of work lines for the class of work field on the interface has been adjusted based on feedback from HUD.

    • These are now simplified and just list the class of work with no additional text. You can still free-form type to enter something else.
    • This is not a retroactive change.
  • Versa now lets you know if there is a zero install date and/or zero quantity item on the interface when you enter the report center.

    • You cannot run reports when these items exist, so this should let you know in advance as to why you may have a blank list of reserves.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where blank flags could cause an error when using the bulk update flags feature on the validation flags screen.

  • Fixed another bug that was causing an error to occur entering the export screen when there were incomplete interface items in the project.
