New Features
- On the Export To Web screen, you can now export just the components to HUD's website (this was previously noted for 11/17/2020).
Improvements
- The E-Tool Export now uses the URL / web address of the E-Tool you want to export data to, not the assessment Id. You can use the address of any particular page on the E-Tool, as long as it is from inside it.
- Note that only the assessment summary screen has been tested. Please let Stephen know if certian pages do not work.
(Note, the above was noted for 11/17/2020)
Bug Fixes
Fixed the criteria that was being used for applying flag DV-09 in the Pre-Validation flags.
Corrected a math mistake that was misapplied when making changes for E-Tool 3.0's inflation calculations that was causing ASTM projects to have greater than anticipated inflation multipliers.
Climate Zones 0 and 1 can no longer be selected in the Property / E-Tool details screen. We do not have any usages for these climate zones and they had no effect what-so-ever.
- All projects that previously had these climate zones selected by accident have had their climate zones corrected to #2 and the default is now #2 for new projects going forward.
From 11/17/2020:
Fixed a bug that was causing strange behavior and errors when using the Enter key to select items in the new select component window.
Corrected a code incompatability bug that was introduced to the copy item method that is shared by inspected units, interface items, etc when we upgraded Versa to .NET 5.
Fixed a bug that was causing the Number of Units to not get calculated by the E-Tool when we exported data to the web that was for projects that are lender originated.
- This was causing the Financial Schedule to display weird (I.E. RFR Unit Per year was 0, Annual Deposit was 0, etc.)
Adjusted a couple of error message spots where it wasn't explicitly telling the user that the database / network connection was down.
Fixed a small bug that could cause an error to occur when closing Versa when confirming you wanted to save changes on closing.
From 11/14/2020:
- Fixed a bug caused by code cleanup that was causing the Create Project Wizard to fail to load due to a missing reference that Visual Studio thought wasn't being used.
